In this article, I will show you how to make the best stew ever that you can amaze your family with. The broth is delicious! You need to make sure and start your stew right away in the morning. I usually try to have mine started by at least 9:00 a.m. This gives you plenty of time to let your stew cook all day for a delicious meal in the evening. The first thing I do is plug in my crock pot and turn it on high. While this is getting hot, unwrap your meat and get it ready to go into the crock pot. Add enough cooking oil to the bottom of the pot so your meat doesn’t stick. Add your meat to the pot and sprinkle a good helping of garlic salt and pepper on the meat and stir. Leave your lid off the pot while the meat is searing in the oil. You’ll want to keep stirring the meat until it browns a little on all sides.
