How Do You Make THAI RICE BALLS?
This is perfect to use up any leftover rice, brown white or pre-flavored! It makes a simple, easy dinner that your kids will eat right up! Remember…old fashioned recipes are always the best! Mix all these flavorings in with the softened vegetables and then in turn mix this mixture into the rice so it is all mixed nicely together! You may find you may need to use your hands and a very big basin or bowl. Kids love this bit as they can eat the mixture at this point! Taste the mixture and add a bit more of whatever you fancy if it needs it. Now add two eggs beaten to make the mixture bind and be quite sticky. If you find it is really, really sticky and the starchy rice is sticking to your hands, coat them with flour before taking golf ball sized amounts into your hands and gently rolling into golf ball sized balls.
