How Do You Make Teriyaki Chicken With Pineapple Salsa?
This is a nice twist to chicken, We all love Chicken but it seems as though we make it the same way every time we cook it, This is a recipe that I tried recently. Very very good.. Thank you for reading and enjoy!! Piece Chicken with a fork. Place in a large resealable plastic bag with 1 Cup Teriyaki Marinade; seal the bag. Marinade in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes or for several hours. Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 Tbs of marinade, pineapple, onion, pepper, cilantro, and chili. Let salsa stand at room temperature up to 1 hour. Preheat indoor grilling machine for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove chicken from the bag; discard used marinade. Place Chicken on the grill, Close the lid and cook until thoroughly done, no longer pink and the juices run clear when cut, about 3 to 5 minutes, Serve with salsa poured over the top of the chicken, If you are using an outdoor grill cook them for aprox 6 to 8 minutes per side.
