PREPARE THE COATINGS: Beat the egg into the milk in a shallow bowl that will hold a steak. Put the Bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl that a steak can fit in flat. COOK THE STEAKS: Place 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet and heat to medium temperature. Place the steaks (one at a time) in the egg/milk mixture, then in the breadcrumbs and flip steak to cover both sides in breadcrumbs. Then put the steaks in the pre heated oil and cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. PREPARE THE GRAVY: Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stir in the flour, add the two cups milk stirring constantly, when starting to thicken add the salt, pepper and mush
