You can make delicious and tender Corn-on-the-Cobb in your microwave!!! This method is super-easy and you can have hot Corn-on-the-Cobb within minutes. just add butter…Great for cook-outs, family dinners, church functions etc.. You can use this method to cook any corn still in its husk. Either yellow or white corn, make sure the corn is fresh. A great place to get fresh veggies is at your local Farmers Market. Peel back the husk on the corn. Careful not to remove it completely. Remove all silk hairs from corn, and discard. Replace husk back around corn, take two wet paper towels and wrap around outside of husk. Place into microwave, Depending on your wattage of microwave, cook for 3 – 4 minutes one cob at a time. Let stand 1 minute, Carefully remove paper towel and remove husk. Add butter, salt & pepper to taste and enjoy!!!
