• In either a microwavable device or on the stove, fill half of the container with milk and the other half with water. Heat until it is hot. • Per every cup, add in about two tea spoons of the tea powder/seeds. Mix them in.and not more then that because the tea will become highly concentrated • Stir in the powder and let it rest for one or two minutes. When the tea is a medium brown then you can move on to the next step. • Filter the tea, through a netted device (sieve/channi). The seeds should be held back, allowing the liquid to drop. Do this over another bowl. Continue until all the liquid has separated from the seeds. Pour the tea into a cup and sweeten with honey or sugar.
