Mix together, in another bowl, the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until blended. Divide dough into two equal portions. On a lightly floured board, roll each portion into a log. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and chill until firm, or freeze for later use. When ready to bake, heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut logs into 1/8 inch slices and bake, on unbuttered pans, for approximately 6 minutes. Cool on racks. Enjoy!
