How Do You Make Taco Bells Chicken Fajita Seasoning Mix?
Another great seasoning mix from Taco Bell. This is obviously the best seasoning to use when you’re making chicken fajitas, but you can also use it with other Mexican dishes, or other chicken dishes. It comes out perfect every time I put some together. It could help you to make batches when you’re already planning on making it. Just use a handy, dandy Ziploc baggie or plastic baggie of some sort to store it in. I’ve also used it in old spice shakers (the glass kind) and just shook this mixture onto chicken when baking or cooking in other ways. You don’t have to use it for the obvious reason, but it’s great for so many other things! Combine your cornstarch, chili powder, salt, paprika, sugar, crushed chicken bouillon cube, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin in a ziploc bag. Shake the bag generously to incorporate all the seasonings and spices together. Add to 1 lb. of chicken, along with 3/4 c. of water. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Tah-da
