These sweet dinner rolls, or “Grandmom rolls” as our family calls them, are a must have for family gatherings. The bread dough can also be used to make cinnamon rolls or even pizza dough. We make the rolls ahead of time and then freeze them. Even frozen its hard to keep the family out of them. In boiler pan add 2 cups milk, 1/2 sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil. Place boiler on medium heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to luke warm or about 100 degrees fahrenheit. Add yeast packet and stir for a minute. Add 4 cups flour and stir to make a dough consistency. Cover with dish towel and place in warm area to rise. After the dough has doubled in size, approximately 30 minutes, you can begin rolling it out. Dust your counter or cutting board with flour. I like to roll dough out in thirds.
