My husband and I had these Sweet and Sour Chicken Meatballs at a local Chinese restaurant. I looked everywhere for a recipe to duplicate and couldn’t find one, so here’s the version I came up with. Turned out very well, pat me on the shoulder there. Try it, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
