If you’re the kind of person who likes to dunk their bacon or sausage in pancake syrup, then you’ll love these tasty cinnamon bacon rolls — and they are so easy to make. All it takes is a roll of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and a package of bacon. If you use store brands, like I’ve done here, your cost is about $3.50 for 8 rolls, with plenty of bacon left over. Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit. Open your packages and remove a round of cinnamon roll dough. Unroll it so it is one long strip. Lay it down cinnamon-side up and place a strip of bacon on top. Roll up and place on a broiler pan. Repeat until you’ve used up all you dough. Bake for 13-15 minutes (as directed on cinnamon roll package) until rolls are golden brown. Remove from oven. Drizzle on frosting/glaze provided with cinnamon roll dough and serve.
