How Do You Make Super Easy Peanut Butter Fudge?
My girlfriends and I have always been against any fudge recipe that involves marshmallow fluff but this recipe is a MUST. The look isn’t typical of peanut butter fudge but the taste is AWESOME. We jokingly call this fudge ‘fake fudge’ It helps to pre-measure the ingredients as mixing the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter quickly into the milk and sugar is very important. In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar and milk. Heat the sugar and milk over medium high heat. Bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Remove the milk and sugar from the heat and very quickly stir in the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Insure that everything is very evenly mixed. Pour the fudge into a greased 9×9 pan. Allow to cool completely at room temperature. The taste seems to mature best after allowed to cool completely. * * * * * Store covered tightly to prevent drying.
