How Do You Make Super Easy French Bread Pizza?
This recipe is so easy I’m almost embarrassed to call it a recipe. But it frequently appears on our dinner table and is one of my kids’ favorites. So if you’re in the mood for pizza, don’t have the time to make homemade and don’t want frozen or delivery-this recipe’s for you. This is a basic pepperoni and veggie version, but as with all pizzas, feel free to add your favorite toppings. Preheat the oven to 375. Thinly slice the onion, pepper and mushrooms. Set aside. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise and lay on a cookie sheet. With the palm of your hand, press down the middle of each half to form a hollow. Spread half of the tomato sauce on each half of the bread. Place overlapping slices of pepperoni on top of the tomato sauce. Layer the sliced peppers, onions and mushrooms on top of the pepperoni.
