How Do You Make Super Easy Cheesey Mac And Tuna?
I personally love tuna noodle casserole, but sometimes I don’t feel like making a big batch of it. I like to make this version when I’m just cooking for myself. Make the noodles from the Deluxe Mac and Cheese, according to the package. You don’t want to over cook them. During the cooking process, open and drain the tuna. Also open the can of cream of celery soup. When the pasta is tender, but not mushy, strain in a colander. Then return the noodles to your pan. Add the cheese sauce to the noodles. Add 3-4 spoon fulls of cream of celery soup and stir. Add enough to make the mac and cheese creamier. If you taste as you go along, you want a slight taste of the cream of celery, but you don’t want it over powering. Next add the tuna and stir well.
