How Do You Make Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate?
If you’ve chosen a sugar-free way of eating, it doesn’t mean you have to give up all the treats that you love, including chocolate. Make a cup of sugar-free hot chocolate and prove that sugar-free doesn’t have to mean flavor-free. Place the dry milk, cocoa powder and sugar substitute in a large mug. Pour boiling water over the ingredients. Stir well and serve with a dollop of sugar free whipped topping. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend the mixture until the ingredients are incorporated and no lumps remain. Store the sugar free hot chocolate in an airtight container. Stir 1/4 quarter of the sugar free hot chocolate mix into 1 cup of boiling water.
