How Do You Make Sugar-Free Banana Bread?
Cutting down your sugar intake doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite baked goods. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Add vanilla, eggs, Splenda (sugar substitute) and milk to flour mixture. Soften the butter or margarine in the microwave and add to the other ingredients. Add the bananas last. Mush them together in a separate bowl or use your hands to soften them and make them easier to mix with the other ingredients. Grease the bread pan with a fat-free cooking spray or margarine and pour in the batter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
