A quick trip to your local home and garden or hardware store will soon find you well under way with this project. Brush a concrete bonding agent onto the wall, using a clean paint brush. Allow the agent to dry per the manufacturer’s instructions. Mix the stucco according to package directions. Apply the stucco; 1/4 inch in thickness, and about the height of two rows of bricks.
