How Do You Make Strawberry Pizza Tart?
This is a super fast easy treat the kids or anyone can do. My kids and I both love this little dessert. If you like strawberries, this one will surely delight you. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Depending on your oven you may have to adjust heat slightly. Try to already have prepped your ingredients such as having the strawberries sliced. Mix the strawberries in the glaze and let refrigerate while you complete the other portion of the recipe. Butter and cream cheese should already be softened. Combine flour, granulated sugar, optional pecans, and softened butter in a mixing bowl and mix well. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a tooth pick comes back clean. Let stand to cool. While shortbread is baking, in a large mixing combine softened cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla flavor and mix well. Spread mixture over cooled cooled pastry. Add strawberry mixture by spreading on top of cream cheese spread. Serve chilled.
