How Do You Make Strawberry Kiwi Jam?
Summertime is here and that means it’s strawberry season, my favorite! Here is a quick and easy recipe for super delicious strawberry-kiwi jam. The crystallized ginger adds a special flavor. Enjoy! Combine crushed strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, crystallized ginger, and pectin in an 8-10 quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve. Return mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat stirring constantly. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim foam off the top if necessary. Ladle hot jam into hot home canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Cap jars with lids. If the jars do not seal on their own process in a 15 minute water bath.
