Do that for the rest of your hair and add a little hairspray while it’s still wet/damp. If your hair takes a long time to dry, especially if it’s up and not down and spread out, or if you don’t have enough time to let it air dry, you can take a blow drier to your hair when its damp, but don’t dry to all the way, only most of the way. Then, when your hair is almost dry, put some hairspray on the hair before you take out the clips. Then take out the clips, scrunch your hair a little, and add more hairspray or gel if needed.
