How Do You Make Starbucks Classic Coffee Cake?
This is a nice delightful cake that brings back many good memories. • Preheat your oven to 325 F. • Combine the flour, brown sugar, softened butter, pecans, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl. Mix until it has a sandy texture. • In a large bowl, cream 1 cup butter, light brown sugar and 1/2 cup sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy • In another bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture to the fluffy mixture stirring in a little at a time. Add milk and mix until consistent • Pour the batter into a 9×13 inch baking pan that has been buttered and dusted with flour. • Sprinkle the sandy mixture over the batter. Make sure it covers the top of the batter Bake the cake for 50 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn light brown. Cool and serve.
