Flour a working surface, unfold pastry sheet flat. Cut pastry into two rectangles. Cover and chill for about 10 minutes. Blend in a food processor, green onion, chutney, and curry powder. Process until well blended. Add Chicken and cheese. Process until finely chopped and well blended. Spoon a tablespoon of chicken filling onto the pastry rectangles. Leave about a ½-inch edge. Prepare glaze. Mix together egg yolk and water until well blended. Brush glaze on one long side of each sheet. Fold long sides over filling. Press edges together to seal.
