Nothing says Christmas like eggnog, and nothing could make the creamy taste of eggnog for enjoyable than adding chocolate. I figure if you are going to drink this famously-fattening concoction, you might as well go all out. Enjoy! 🙂 Heat milk, sugar, salt, vanilla bean parts and cinnamon sticks in a large pot over med-high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is heated through. Remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Prepare an ice-water bath. Whisk yolks in a medium bowl about 2 minutes until they are pale. Whisk 1 cup of milk mixture into yolks in a slow, steady stream. Mix yolk mixture into the remaining milk mixture. Cook over med-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture registers 180 degrees, about 6 minutes. DO NOT BOIL! Remove pot from heat and add melted chocolates and stir until even. Discard the vanilla pod and cinnamon sticks. Pour mixture into large bowl and place the bowl in an ice-water bath and let cool, stirring often. Whisk cream until soft peaks fo
