How Do You Make Spaghetti With Zucchini Flowers?
This recipe makes for about four servings and it is not hard to make and it takes about thirty minutes to prepare and cook. First thing to do is to cut the zucchini stalk and clean it well and drain them. In a skillet add the butter and the olive oil and add the zucchini flowers and cook on low for three minutes. Then add the onion, the parsley and the broth to it and cook on low for twenty minutes. Then add the saffron sachet and continue to cook on low for five minutes, and in the meantime beat the eggs with the grated parmesan cheese and add to the composite and cook on low until the spaghetti are ready. In the meantime boil the water and cook the spaghetti according to package directions, drain and add them to the composite, mix well add fresh grated cheese on top and serve to your guests.
