Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. First you will have to cut your squash in half. This is a little bit difficult. I just stab my knife in the middle then work it through. Now you need to use your hand to pull out all the seeds and strands. You can use a paring knife to help scrape out the strands. Brush each half with 1 teaspoon of oil.
