0

When you have leftover spaghetti in your refrigerator, this recipe can be used to make a delicious new meal. It’s very simple, but delicious! Mix the spaghetti noodles, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and beaten eggs together in a large bowl. Grease the pie pan and put the spaghetti mixture in the pie plate. Use a large spoon to press into place to form a crust. Set aside. Put ground beef or meatballs in fry pan, and brown meat. Add chopped onions. Drain oil and dispose. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix together thoroughly. Pour meat mixture on top of spaghetti crust. Use a spoon to spread meat and sauce evenly across crust. Bake spaghetti pie at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top of pie. Return to oven for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven when cheese is melted. Cut into pie slices and enjoy!
