How Do You Make Spaghetti And Tomato Sauce?

Experiment with different kinds of tomatoes and vary the spices to create a signature sauce that’s yours alone. Add water, salt and a splash of olive oil to a 12 qt. pot. Set the pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. Place the pasta in the boiling water. Push the pasta down with a wooden spoon and stir it around to separate it. Set a timer for 8 to 9 minutes. Set a colander in the sink (or use a multi-pot). Taste test a strand of pasta after approximately 7 minutes. Adjust the cooking time so that the pasta is al dente. Pour the pasta into the colander. Rinse with cool water. Give the colander a good shake to get rid of excess water. Place the pasta in a large bowl. Pour the hot spaghetti sauce over the top. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with warm bread. Use the side of large knife to crush the garlic
