Make soy wax candles using wine glasses from the thrift store. Colorful, scented soy candles poured into wine glasses make perfect table decorations and great gifts for weddings, bridal showers, anniversaries, birthdays and New Year’s celebrations. Set a wine glass soy candle at each place setting and have your guests take them home after the celebration. Prepare the wine glasses by washing in warm soap and water and dry them completely. For easy clean up, arrange the wine glasses on a sheet of foil. Glue the metal tab on the wick into the center of your wine glasses. Use a pencil to move the tab to just the right spot. The wicks with the metal tab already on them are the easiest to use.
