How Do You Make Soy Sauce Mini-Meatballs?
These are quick, easy, & go great with any sauce you’re making. Since they are small, they cook easier & faster, & the soy sauce gives them a bit of an extra kick! Step 1 In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg & bread crumbs. Mix well. Step 2 Add onion powder, garlic powder, & your meat seasoning (Spike or other brand). Make sure you mix the beef & seasonings well, so the meat is fully seasoned. Step 3 Add soy sauce, oregano (a couple of dashes should be fine), salt, & pepper. Take some of the mixture–about a $1 coin size–& roll it around until it is packed tight & small. And there you have it!
