Leave in about 15 minutes until you can remove each leaf.) • Pull off the top leaves carefully. When you get as many large leaves as you want, set them aside. • Put meat mixture into leaves and roll like a burrito. • Layer the stuffed leaves into a big pot (between layers add some sauerkraut (including juice). • Cut up left over cabbage and put it on top of the layers. • Add 8 oz. water. • Layer bacon on top. Simmer about 2 hours with lid on pot.
