How Do You Make Snow Flakes Online?
Remember folding a piece of paper and cutting bits out of it to make a snowflake? Now you can make one like that online and even send it with a message to a friend. Here’s how: Go to SnowDays at http://www.popularfront.com/snowdays/ (see clickable link below). Allow a few seconds for the site to open. Get oriented by clicking on the white snow falling in the scene on your computer. Each one will open into a snowflake design that someone created. Many will have messages in them. They come from all over the U.S. and the world (Hungary, Italy, Australia, etc.). You can respond to the message in a snowflake by clicking on the orange RESPOND button. If you see a particularly lovely design, put a compliment on it. You can even print out a snowflake that you like. If you see a really marvelous design, you can search for other flakes by the same artist. Remember their name and location, then click on FIND-A-FLAKE. Put the name and location in and hit search.
