How Do You Make Slow Cooker Tangy Pulled Pork Sandwiches?
Here’s a sweet and tangy recipe for pulled pork. It cooks itself all day long! Mix together the honey mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar and salt. Save 3/4 c. of this for later. Place pork in the slow cooker and pour the mixture over the top. Cover and cook for 10-12 hours on low. In a saucepan, heat the 3/4 c. mustard/vinegar mixture and whisk with the flour. Boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cook until thick and then reserve it. When the pork is cooked, move it to a large plate. Stir 1 cup of the juices from the crock pot into the thickened mustard/vinegar mixture. Discard the rest of the juice from the slow cooker. Shred the pork using 2 forks. Put the shredded pork and the sauce mixture into the crock pot. Enjoy!
