How Do You Make Simple Turkey Meatballs?
This is a very simple method of cooking turkey meatballs. This is a healthy dish also and kids like it too. Take one lb of Turkey minced meat (easily available at any major grocery store), wash it thoroughly and put it in a bowl. Peel and cut the potato in to very small pieces and add them in the blender. Add salt and black pepper and blend it for about 1 minute. Add the blended mixture in the bowl and now add one egg. Mix it very well. Pouring a little bit of oil on your hand, make small rounded meatballs. Do not make it too small or too big as they can break easily. Once you shape the meat in to meatballs, cover and put them in the fridge for one hour. Take the meatballs from the fridge. Add three to four table spoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry all meat balls until light golden brown. Warm up your favorite sauce, add meat balls on the top of the sauce, and garnish with little bit of sour cream. Enjoy delicious and healthy meatballs.
