Freshen your sourdough starter with one cup flour and one cup warm water. Leave the sourdough starter out all night in a bowl. In the morning, tie your hair back and put on music. Save some sourdough starter for next time, and to the rest, add a sprinkle of salt and a bit of flour at a time, stirring until sticky. It is during this phase that you’ll also want to add non-chunky goodies, such as butter, olive oil, honey, or poppy seeds.
