Gather together: * 12 Giant Prawns, shelled with the tails and heads still intact * 1 cup fresh Orange juice * 2 tablespoons Sherry * 1/4 cup Butter * 1 teaspoon freshly grated Ginger root * 1 teaspoon grated Orange Zest * 2 Green onions with tops and white Soak a dozen wooden skewers in water for half an hour. Then push the wooden skewers through prawns from head to tail using only 1 skewer per prawn. Combine all the other ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-low heat stirring slowly until the butter has been completely melted in the saucepan. Dip the skewered prawns in the orange/butter sauce one at a time completely coating the outside of the skewered prawns.
