How Do You Make Shredded Chicken Tacos Crock Pot Recipe?
After a long day at work or play, wouldn’t it be nice to come home to a hot home-cooked meal! This is the easiest and tastiest shredded chicken taco recipe ever! After cooking in the crock all day, it takes less than 20 minutes to move from crock to plate! Pour half of the salsa into the bottom of the crock pot. I like to either spray my crock pot with a non-stick spray or use a slow cooker liner made by Reynolds. Either will make cleanup easy. Lay the uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts over the salsa. Be sure you rinse the chicken breast first. Cover the chicken with the remaining salsa. Cover the crock pot and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. After 6-8 hours, use two forks pull apart the chicken breasts. They will easily shred because they have cooked in the salsa juices all day long! After shredding, let the shredded chicken cook another 15 minutes on Low in the crock while you prepare your taco shells/tortillas and side dishes. Spoon desired amount of chicken into shells/tortilla
