How Do You Make Shirts With Tempera Paints?
This is a fun and easy activity that you can share even with very young children. Kids of all ages love to paint, and they’ll be thrilled to be making their very own T-shirts. This is also a great activity for children’s birthday parties, since all the guests can participate. This project is quick and inexpensive, and you may very well have most if not all of what you’ll need already residing somewhere in the house. Anything that you don’t have is readily available at discount, craft and hobby stores. Spread some old newspapers out on a flat working surface. Spread the T-shirt out flat on the newspapers. Open the bottom of the T-shirt and insert a plastic trash bag. This will prevent the paint from bleeding through one side of the T-shirt onto the other.
