How Do You Make Scrambled Eggs The Easy Way?
Do you hate it when your scrambled eggs stick to the pan? Here’s how to make delicious, restaurant-worthy scrambled eggs without the mess of a frying pan. And it’s very quick and easy! Spray glass bowl with cooking spray to avoid the eggs sticking to the sides. Crack your eggs into the bowl. Add milk and a few shakes of salt and pepper. Beat eggs and milk together with a fork until color is solid yellow and egg whites are thoroughly blended. Dice your vegetables and cooked meat into 1/4 inch pieces if you want to make an omelette, and stir them to the eggs. Place bowl into microwave and plan on cooking eggs for about 45-60 seconds for each egg. Calculate that amount of time and start with that. Stop the microwave and stir eggs every 45 seconds. Eggs are done when they are puffy but not soggy or runny. Scoop them onto your plate and enjoy!
