How Do You Make Sausage Bread Rolls?
This is a great recipe that will have you wanting breakfast for lunch and dinner. Quick and simple to prepare you could easily make this into a party food. When you serve breakfast at your house skip the sugary cereal and feed your children something warm. What does that better then warm fresh baked bread with surprises inside? Thaw the frozen bread dough. You can place it outside of the refrigerator in a greased pan as long as you have a cool and dry place to store it overnight. Place sausage in a large chef’s skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, rapidly cook and stir the eggs until solid. Remove from heat and set aside. It is ok if they are still a little runny because they will cook further once the bread starts to bake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. One loaf at a time on a lightly floured surface, roll the bread dough into a sheet approximately 1/4 inch or less thick.
