You can make your own Rune Arrows using the “Fletching” skill. You will also receive 225 Fletching Experience Points (XP) for each set of 15 Rune Arrow Tips that you attach to Arrow Shafts. Fletching Rune Arrows is profitable, too. These arrows can be sold for 160 to 315 gold pieces (GP) each. You will need to have a Fletching level of at least 75 to make these arrows. Log in to your Runescape Member’s Account. Take your character to the bank of your choice. Open your banking account and deposit anything that is in your backpack so that it will be empty. Check your bank for the following tools and materials: An Axe for chopping down trees, a Knife for cutting Logs to make Arrow Shafts, Feathers and Rune Arrow Tips. Purchase or otherwise obtain whatever tools and supplies you do not already have in the bank. Empty all the items that you have gathered into your bank account, except for the Axe and the Knife. Fill your backpack with normal Logs by using the Axe to chop down normal Trees.
