How Do You Make Roti With White Flour Of Sindhi Dish?
roti is an indian flat bread…not sindhi in particular… take flour and mix it with water (richer versions use milk or oil or ghee)…till the dough doesn’t stick to your fingers…… make small balls out of ’em and roll them out into circular flats… take a pan, brush some oil on both sides of the roti and keep flipping it until air bubbles appear on each side and it turns a darker cream shade…..
