How Do You Make Rosemary Chicken Kabobs?
This is a new recipe I created which is healthy and fun to cook on the grill. Serve up your Rosemary Chicken Kabobs with brown rice. Soak your wooden skewers in water for 1/2 hour. This will prevent them from burning on the grill. Cut up your red peppers and red onion into large bite size pieces. Remove the stems from the mushrooms but leave the mushroom caps whole. Place all vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Cut up raw chicken breast into bite size pieces and add to mixing bowl with the vegetables. In the mixing bowl add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic power, fresh rosemary, black pepper and sea salt. Gently mix everything so it is evenly coated. Let everything marinate for 1/2 hour. On each skewer, place a piece of chicken, then alternate a vegetable and then a piece of chicken through the skewer. Heat up your grill on very low. This will allow your chicken to cool slow and maintain the natural juices and will avoid the vegetables from cooking faster than the chicken. When t
