A roasted raspberry chipotle sauce is the perfect summertime accompaniment to braised beef or pork. Available commercially at a specialty food price, roasted raspberry chipotle sauce is easy enough to make at home. Canned sauce makes a great gift for the holidays or part of any homemade gift basket. Place the fresh raspberries in a colander and rinse gently under cold running water.
