How Do You Make Ridiculously Easy Peanut Butter Cookies?
Many years ago, I stumbled upon a three-ingredient recipe for peanut butter cookies. Since everyone has sugar, eggs, and peanut butter, I immediately tried and it was love. Since then I forgot the specifics of where I found it or the listed times or temperatures, but years of experiencing have answered all my questions. Preheat the oven to 350 F and combine the three ingredients. Roll rounded cookie dough (approximately 1 tbs amount) into a bowl or cup of sugar. Place each sugared dough ball on the pan and using the prongs of a fork, make a criss-cross indentation. Keeping the fork moist will prevent the dough from sticking to it. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven. Let the cookies sit for ONE MINUTE before removing. This lets them firm up just a little bit more, which is why my cookies tend to be so chewy and candy-like.
