Ribbon or other fabric embellishments may be hard to adhere to scrapbook layouts. Liquid glue and glue sticks will probably not hold ribbon onto your scrapbook pages. Here are some options for making ribbon stick to a page layout. Cut your ribbon to size and decide where you would like to place it on the scrapbook layout. Accessorize the ribbon or do any knot tying before gluing it to the paper. Apply strong adhesive such as glue dots or another bonding agent that works well with fabrics. If you do not have the proper adhesive for attaching ribbon, you can use a puncture tool and place an eyelet or brad through the ribbon in order to attach it to the paper. Once you have attached the ribbon to the scrapbook page, finish the layout and display it in your scrapbook album.
