Step 1 Gather the following ingredients to make resin paper mache paste: 1/2 cup wheat flour (not self rising), 1/4 cup powdered resin glue, 1/2 cup warm water, 1 plus 1/2 cups hot water, 4 drops of cinnamon oil. Step 2 Mix the flour and resin glue in a saucepan. Step 3 Make a paste by adding 1/2 cup of warm water and mixing well. Step 4 Add the hot water while stirring vigorously to prevent lumps. Step 5 Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick, clear and smooth. Step 6 Add the cinnamon oil to act as a preservative.
