How Do You Make Relaxing Peppermint Bath Salts?
Have you ever had tired, achy muscles? You will learn how to make peppermint bath salts that will relax you after a long hard day. Relaxing in a tub of hot water with these bath salts will relax and soothe your tired body. You will feel refreshed and energized. It feels like every pore in your body opens up. Just lay back and enjoy. They also help with nasal congestion and softens skin. In a blender or chopper, grind 1 cup Epsom salt so that it looks like table salt. Pour into small bowl. Next add 2-3 drops of peppermint oil and 2 drops of red food color and stir until blended. It should be dark pink in color. Allow to dry overnight. I usually pour it out in a shallow bowl and occasionally stir it. Add as much as you like to running bath water and enjoy. You can add any oil you like to substitute for the peppermint.
