They also make inexpensive party favors or small gifts for everyone on your Christmas list. Step 1 Paint the light bulb dark brown. If you set the light bulb inside an empty toilet tissue roll that has been cut down to about 2 inches, the paint can dry easily without getting all over the table or smearing. Step 2 Paint a small, light brown circle on one side of the light bulb to represent the muzzle area. The screw part of the light bulb is used as the top of the reindeer’s head. Step 3 Apply black and white paint to make eyes above the muzzle area and to draw a mouth inside the muzzle. Make sure the light bulb neck, or screw portion, is pointed up
