How Do You Make Red Velvet Cheesecake?
You’ll never believe how easy this Red Velvet Cheesecake is to make. This rich cake will be the hit of any dinner. It will look like you spent a lot of time on it but really spent about 2 hours (from start to finish ~ including baking and cooling time). Mix the Red Velvet Cake according to the box. Bake according to the instructions on the box. I like to bake it in a Bundt pan because I like the look of a bundt cake. When your cake is done, carefully take it out of the oven and sit cake (while still in the pan) on a wire rack to cool (about 30 minutes). Once it’s cool, carefully flip it onto a serving plate.
