Red Eye gravy is a staple in any Southern household. It is great with biscuits and ham. Fry your ham in the skillet and save the drippings. Remove the ham and poor 1/2 to 1 cup coffee in on the drippings. Stirring constantly bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into serving bowl. Enjoy!
